REVIEW: *ALERT* An online breeder masquerading as an adoption "rescue" for abandoned Sugar Gliders. Sugar Glider "rescues" are an old Internet scam - even if they claim to have "non-profit" status. In reality, they are a business which sells animals they have bred themselves, trying to pass them off as abandoned gliders in desperate need of adoption. Site contains extremely outdated Sugar Glider care information. Site also provides many links to other unlicensed Internet message boards and chat rooms where Sugar Gliders are allowed to be sold and traded illegally and against Federal Law. See "Do Sugar Gliders Really Make Good Pets" / "Beware Internet Chat Rooms and Message Boards "

REVIEW: * ALERT * Primarily an unlicensed Internet message board, designed primarily to "dissuade" people from getting Sugar Gliders. See "Do Sugar Gliders Really Make Good Pets" / "Beware Internet Chat Rooms and Message Boards" Contains very outdated Sugar Glider care information ("Gliderpedia"), and the primary focus of the site is a message-board - entitled "Glider Gossip" - where Sugar Gliders are "indirectly" allowed to be sold and traded - in many cases against Federal Law. No Veterinary-approved ongoing support program. NOT USDA Licensed.

REVIEW: * ALERT * A small series of older web pages designed specifically to rank high in the search engines - and then re-direct readers to the unlicensed Internet message board: sugarglider.com. See "Do Sugar Gliders Really Make Good Pets" / "Beware Internet Chat Rooms and Message Boards " Contains extremely outdated Sugar Glider care information. NOT USDA Licensed.

REVIEW: * ALERT * Another unlicensed Internet message board. See " Do Sugar Gliders Really Make Good Pets" / "Beware Internet Chat Rooms and Message Boards ". Contains extremely outdated Sugar Glider care information, and the sole focus of the site is a message-board where Sugar Gliders are "indirectly" allowed to be sold and traded - in many cases against Federal Law. No Veterinary-approved ongoing support program. Primary Consumer Complaint: An "online soap-opera". Very inviting at first - but abusive once you have been welcomed in. Don't dare disagree with one of the "experts". Not allowed to express alternative opinions without being bashed

REVIEW: Two sister foundations, operating a single independent clearing-house maintained by Veterinarians and other licensed animal-care professionals.  It's function is to provide objective, factual information to persons considering getting a Sugar Glider/Bear for a family pet.  Multiple free reports allow new prospective owners to quickly sift through Internet "hype" and avoid making costly mistakes. The only site dedicated to Sugar Gliders/Bears that does not sell anything, recommend companies, or allow advertisements/links of any kind.  Primary Consumer Complaint:  Checklists and outlines are very helpful and thorough - but it's a lot of information to digest.

REVIEW: Consistently rated to have the most updated and comprehensive Sugar Glider care information on the web. Multiple Veterinary endorsements. Extensive 30-day written and online video support program for new customers. Online store has many unique products not found elsewhere. Customers report above-average satisfaction levels with regards to both products and customer service. Primary Consumer Complaint: Some web pages load slowly due to large numbers of photos and video clips. USDA Licensed.

REVIEW: Three online stores all owned (behind the scenes) by the same company just using different names and web addresses.  All three sites offer the same standard products - and repeat the same basic care information found on many other, outdated Sugar Glider websites.  No ongoing support program for new owners.  A large number of the products on these sites are actually designed for other animals and have been re-labeled for Sugar Gliders. Customers report average to above-average order processing and shipping. Primary Consumer Complaint:  Many of the items can be found in pet shops or other pet websites for less cost. USDA Licensed.
